Why I am not getting value for my home
Are you anxious that your house is not selling? Do you feel that you are not getting the right value for your house? Are you feeling jittery?
A friend of mine, Rohan Agarwal, had not been able to find the right value for his home. He never seemed to get the price he felt he deserved. However, it was only recently that he could get the real value for his home. Rohan took a long time to learn.

You are not looking at your home as an outsider. Every time you walk into a room, think what a buyer might look at.
Try doing the following things which you might not have and had lost potential buyers who would understand the actual value of your house.
Stop emotionally evaluating your home
Look at your home from a buyer’s perspective. Critically evaluate your home and analyse what are your home’s negative features.
Rework on your home
After you have critically analysed your house make the necessary changes. Repaint your house if your home’s paint is chipping off. Rework on your doors and windows if they are too old and are dilapidated.
Take good photos
Invest time and put in extra efforts to take the best shots of your home. Like you take your pictures from different angles in different lightning do the same for your home.
Use social media
Upload your home’s photos to social media. Your home may not have reached potential buyers. Uploading your home’s photos on social media increases your chance of teaching to a bigger audience. Use social media to speak about your home selling.
Stage your home
Every house has some best features. Highlight and stage your home so that your potential buyers do not overlook your home.
Hire a professional real estate agent
A real estate agent will make strategies to help you sell your home at a proper price within less time. Discuss marketing and advertising strategies with your agent.
Ask your agent to hold open houses
It is extremely important for your agent to hold open house sessions at least once a week.
It might have been a rough journey but you no longer need to worry. You can breathe in relief. You can sell your house at its proper value. You will have a buyer who will find beauty and practicality in your house as you had once.
